摘　　要：目的:总结纳洛酮置换快速海洛因依赖脱毒合并颞下颌关节脱位的护理。方法:对我院2012年8月收治1例纳洛酮置换快速海洛因依赖脱毒者出现颞下颌关节脱位病人进行回顾性分析。结果:停用氯硝西泮,手法复位成功后,患者住院期间再未发生颞下颌关节脱位。结论:对纳洛酮置换快速海洛因依赖脱毒者出现颞下颌关节脱位,应迅速做出正确判,及时采取措施及对症护理,对获得良好预后有重要临床意义。Objective： To summarize nursing of a dislocation of temporomandibular joint with fast heroin detoxification by naloxone replacement. Methods： To analysis retrospectively a case of dislocation of temporomandibular joint with fast heroin detoxification by naloxone replacement. On August ,2012. Results ：The dislocation of temporomandibular joint in hospitalized did not occur after dis- continued clonazepam and manipulative reduction successful. Conclusion： It is important of naloxone replacement fast in heroin ad- dicts appear temporomandibular joint dislocation, To make correct judgment promptly, to take timely measures and care by symptom is important to clinical prognosis.
