摘　　要：近年来,随着市场经济和"三农"经济的发展,农村土地集约化程度越来越高,农村家庭专业农场应运而生,在解决"三农"问题和促进农村经济发展方面起到积极和重要的作用。截止2013年6月,龙井市7个乡(镇)经工商局注册成立了87家家庭专业农场。家庭专业农场虽然得到了较大发展,但仍然存在规模小、土地流转难、担保不足以及金融支持不够等亟待解决的问题。Rural family farms play a positive and important role to solve the ＂three rural＂ issues and promoting rural economic development. Although the family professional farm has got a great development, there are some problems as still small in scale, land transfer, as well as the lack of financial support to be solved.
