小儿桡骨远端骨折夹板与石膏固定疗效对比观察

摘　　要：目的:对比小儿桡骨远端青枝骨折或横行骨折夹板固定与石膏固定的疗效。方法:夹板组24例用夹板固定,石膏组22例用石膏固定,4周后拆除固定,并进行避免诱发损伤的功能锻炼2周(共6周),最后测量相关活动度及评分值。结果:46例完成6周随访,两组腕关节活动度、前臂旋转活动度、握力、上肢功能评定(Disabilities of the Arm,Shoulder and Hand,DASH)和Gartland-Werley腕关节评分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿桡骨远端青枝骨折或横行骨折夹板固定与石膏固定比较腕关节活动度、握力与对侧百分比无差异,腕关节功能评分无差异。Objective： To compare the clinical effects a Splint and of a Cast in treatment of Children with a minimally angulated greenstick or transverse fracture of the distal part of the radius.Methods ： The devices were worn for 4 weeks, and patients were advised to avoid injury-inducing activities for a further 2 weeks.Follow-up at 6-week.Resuhs： 46 in 50 children completed follow-up.The Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand （ DASH ） , Gartland-Werley, range of motion and grip strength were used to compare wrist function in follow-up.These ratings were not significant difference in statistically.Conclusion： In children with a minimally angulated greenstick or transverse fracture of the distal part of the radius, a wrist splint was as effective as a cast for recovery of physical function.
