摘　　要：总结了21例行子宫动脉栓塞术联合刮宫术治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠患者的护理。主要护理措施包括充分做好术前准备和心理护理,术中密切配合,术后重视生命体征和并发症的观察,加强对症护理。21名患者均痊愈出院,其中20例成功保留了生育能力。This paper summarized the nursing care of 21 patients with scarred uterus pregnancy treated by uterine artery embolization combined with curettage. The main nursing measures included sufficient preoperative preparation and psychological nursing,close cooperation during operation,observing the vital signs and complications after operation,and strengthening symptomatic nursing. Twenty-one patients were all cured,and twenty patients conserved their fertility.
