摘 要:目的了解教学医院护理人员参与护理科研的动机,为护理管理者制定和优化护士科研活动、制定合理的科研制度及措施提供资料与依据。方法采用随机整群分层抽样法,运用自行设计的护理科研动机问卷对湖北省4所教学医院506名护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护理人员对护理科研的动机为了职称晋升及改善患者护理质量,均占55.73%;其次求知需要占53.16%,自我实现需要占49.80%,领导要求占17.98%;不同年龄、职称护理人员在科研动机上差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论护理管理者应帮助护理人员端正护理科研动机,针对不同的护理人员采取不同的激励方式,因势利导,发挥他们的最大潜能。Objective To investigate the research motivation of clinical nurses in Hubei Province teaching hospitals,and to provide scientific basis and references for taking the effective measures.Methods Five hundreds and six nurses from 4 teaching hospitals in Hubei Province were surveyed by selfdesigned questionnaire on the research motivation of clinical nurses.Samples were got by using stratified random cluster sampling meihod.Results The title promotion and improvement of quality of nursing accounted for 55.73% of the research motivation of clinical nurses; the need for knowledge accounted for 53.16% ; the need for self actualization accounted for 49.80% ; the leadership requirements accounted for 17.98%.There were significant differences in the research motivation of clinical nurses of different age and titie (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions The nursing manager should help nurses establish the correct research motivation,and take the incentive measures to the different nurses as to maximize their potential ability.
