非晶纳米晶镇流电感在荧光灯电子镇流器中的应用研究

摘  要:将铁基非晶及纳米晶环形电感应用于节能荧光灯电子镇流器中,研究非晶及纳米晶磁芯的性能、磁芯对电子镇流器的电性能影响。结果表明,采用非晶及纳米晶磁芯的36W荧光灯电子镇流器在输入180—240v电压时,工作稳定性好;与采用铁氧体磁芯镇流电感的电子镇流器相比,启动电流小、预热时间大于0.4s,有利于延长灯管寿命。通过对比,非晶材料更适合制作镇流电感。Fe-based amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys are applied for electronic ballast circuit of the energy-saving fluorescent lamp, we study the properties of amorphous and nanocrystalline cores and the electrical properties of electronic ballast. The result show that when the voltage is in the range of 180V and 240V, the electronic ballasts in the lamp of 36W work stably, it has a smaller start-up current than the ferrite-core electronic ballast, their warm- up time is more than 0.4s, which is beneficial for the lamp life. By comparison, amorphous alloy is suitable to be the inductors in ballasts.
