摘　　要：γ-谷氨酰转肽酶是非酒精性脂肪肝患者的肝脏酶学的指标,近年研究发现γ-谷氨酰转肽酶不仅参与γ-谷氨酰循环和谷胱甘肽的水解,而且与代谢综合征及其相关组分关系密切。深入研究γ-谷氨酰转肽酶的生物学意义可能为代谢综合征及其相关疾病的早期诊断、治疗提供新的思路。Gamma-glutamyhransferase is a specific liver enzyme indicator of alcoholic fatty liver. In recent years, many studies have demonstrated that Gamma-glutamyltransfcrase is not only participating in gamma glutamine cycle and glutathione hydrolysis, but also closely associated with the metabolic syndrome and its components. Further studies in the Galnma-glutamyhransferase might contribute to the early diagnosis and treatment of the metabolic syndrome and its related diseases.
