海外游客对青海旅游服务质量的评价分析

摘　　要：首先给出旅游服务质量模糊综合评价数学模型,然后采用了青海旅游局在我省各主要旅游胜地对海外旅客全方位的市场旅游抽样调查资料,抽取日本、澳大利亚和美国人对青海的旅游服务质量评价问卷,对其统计分析,再运用其模型依次给出评价分析.评价结果表明日本人和澳大利亚认为青海旅游服务质量一般,而美国人则比较满意.进一步指出青海旅游服务质量应在安全、饮食、住宿、消费、有序等方面有待改进.Fuzzy synthesis evaluation mathematical model of the traveling quality is produced first. Then traveling hot spots city are used as the investigation material Japanese, Australia and American tour- ists, questionnaires are extracted and statistical sample, and analyzed. Its model ls utilized to produce the synthesis appraisal in turn,Finally the evaluation results indicate that Qinghai traveling quality service Is general to Japanese and Australia tourists, and satisfied with American tourists. Futhermore, it ls pointed out that Xi ning traveling quality service should be improved in safety, friendliness, civilization and cleanness aspects.
