摘 要:针对新型电磁感应加热蒸汽发生器的电磁感应加热组件,提出了三种不同的结构方案以及两种材料方案,建立了电磁耦合的有限元模型,确定了数值计算的边界条件;求解得到了磁通密度沿轴向在换热元件和定位管芯内的分布云图和变化曲线;分析了不同材料和结构对磁通密度分布的影响。结果表明:(1)具有碳钢芯换热元件的磁通密度分布更加均匀;(2)方案2结构的磁场分布更符合实际加热工况的需要,具有工程应用的价值,为优化结构。In view of electromagnetic induction heating components in the new kind of electromagnetic induction heating steam generator, come up with three different structure scheme and two kinds of materials. Set up the finite element model of electromagnetic coupling. Determine the boundary conditions of the numerical calculation. Solve the magnetic flux density along the axial in heat transfer components and positioningthe tube core. Obtain the magnetic flux density distribution nephogram and variation curve. Analyzed the magnetic flux density distributy rule of the different material and structure.The results show that the magnetic flux density distribution of the heat exchange component with carbon steel core is more uniform, and the magnetic flux density distribution of scheme 2 is more conform to the heating needs of the actual working condition, have the value of engineering application, is the optimize structure.
