中关村科技金融服务有效层次融资模式的研究

摘　　要：科技金融服务模式的创新为高新技术企业集群的迅猛发展提供了资金动力。本文首先分析了高新技术企业在集群阶段的发展特点,明确了企业集群不同阶段融资服务的差异,在此基础上提出科技金融服务有效层次融资模式。最后通过对北京海淀区中关村科技金融现状的研究,提出完善其高新技术企业有效层次融资体系的方法,并给出发展对策和建议。Innovation in sci-tech finance models fuels the rapid development of high-tech enterprise clusters. Based on a meticulous analysis on the characteris-tics of the high-tech enterprise cluster, this paper puts forward the effective hierar-chical financing model of sci-tech finance. Then with a survey of the financial status quo of Zhongguancun, Haidian District, Beijing, the paper proposes several suggestions in the framework of the model to help promote the development of Zhongguancun.
