从国际政治经济学的视角解析欧债危机的演变

摘　　要：欧债危机的演变历程不仅仅是经济问题,也是重要的政治问题。从国际政治经济学的研究视角,重新探讨欧债危机的演变具有重要的意义。欧债危机的爆发由多种原因引起,欧元区国家及IMF等国际机构为应对欧债危机,先后组建近万亿欧元的金融防火墙,并约束各国制定严格的财政预算,努力推动欧元区的财政联合,以消除欧债危机的根源。当前,随着危机的深化,欧元走向何方成为最大悬念。本文分析了三种可能,认为欧债危机的解决必然推动欧洲一体化进程的深化。The evolution of European debt crisis is both an economic and a political issue, and a re-explanation of this issue from the perspective of interna-tional political economy is of great significance. The outbreak of this crisis is at-tributed to a variety of causes. Euro zone countries and international financial in-stitutions like IMF responded to this crisis by setting up a trillion-euro worth fi-nancial firewall and consolidating the euro zone finances by prescribing strict bud-get plans for every country involved, altogether hoping to eliminate the root cause of the crisis. Currently, however, as the crisis deepens, the prospect of eu-ro is in misty blur. This paper analyzes three possibilities, concluding that the ad-dressing of the European debt crisis will definitely promote the European integra-tion process.
