四君子汤对脾虚证大鼠胃黏膜黏液凝胶表达的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨脾虚证大鼠胃黏膜黏液凝胶(MUC5AC)的变化情况,以及健脾益气中药四君子汤对其改变的影响。[方法]除空白对照组大鼠外,其余3组均采用复合因素造模法复制脾虚证动物模型。脾虚证模型组造模7周;自然复健组、四君子汤组造模4周后常规喂养3周,四君子汤组同时用四君子汤进行治疗。用Western bolt方法检测观察各组大鼠胃组织中MUC5AC表达的变化。[结果]与空白对照组比较,脾虚证模型组、自然复健组大鼠胃组织中MUC5AC含量明显减少(P<0.05),四君子汤组的MUC5AC含量明显增加(P<0.05)。[结论]脾虚证可以通过对胃黏膜的防御机制的微观指标产生影响,从而导致胃黏膜屏障功能的下降,进一步导致慢性胃病的发生;四君子汤可通过改善胃黏膜屏障功能,从而对慢性胃病起到治疗作用。[Objective]To investigate the gastric MUCSAC expression in spleen deficiency rats, and to detect the effect of Sijunzi decoction （SD） on the expression, l-Methods]Composite factors were used to du- plicate the animal model of spleen deficiency and SD was applied for the treatment. MUC5AC expression was detected by western bloting in rat stomach tissue. [Results] MUCSAC expression was decreased signif- icantly in spleen deficient models （P〈0. 05） ,and after given SD treatment,MUCSAC expression increased significantly （P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion]Spleen deficiency has micro-changes on the gastric mucosa which lead to its decreased barrier function. SD, a kind of herbal composition with effect of strengthening spleen Qi, can improve the micro-changes such as MUCSAC expression and treat the chronic gastric diseases.
