摘　　要：本文结合欧美反垄断立法和执法的最新进展及经验,以经营者集中反垄断审查为中心,考察了经济证据在反垄断法实施中的作用等相关问题。本文认为,中国反垄断执法机构应加强对临界损失分析的政策研究,运用合并模拟方法来量化单边效应,并通过可操作的分析框架来降低使用买方力量证据的难度,从而提高决策的效率和判决的准确性。Featured by analysis of new developments and experience of EU and US antitrust legislation and enforcement, centered with the antitrust review of business concentration, the paper focused on issues related to the role of economic evidence in the enforcement of anti-monopoly. The paper concluded that China＇s anti- monopoly law enforcement agencies should strengthen the policy research on critical loss analysis, use merger simulation method to quantify the unilateral effects, and through the operable analytical framework to reduce the difficulty of using buyer power evidence, so as to improve decision efficiency and the accuracy of decision.
