摘　　要：目的:了解某院临床使用中药注射剂情况,并评价其使用的合理性,为促进中药注射剂的临床合理使用提供参考。方法:回顾性分析2011年1、4、7、10月4个月某院使用中药注射剂的病历,对中药注射剂使用的合理性进行评价与分析。结果:共收集含中药注射剂医嘱的病历1 368份,涉及13个临床科室,共计使用中药注射剂1 634例次,不合理使用情况共发生665例次(占40.70%)。结论:药师应加强对中药注射剂医嘱审核,及时与临床沟通,与医生一同建立使用中药注射剂的安全屏障。OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the clinical use of Traditional Chinese medicine injections in a hospital and evaluate its rationality so as to promote clinical rational use of Traditional Chinese medicine injections. METHODS： The medical records of patients treated with Traditional Chinese medicine injections in January, April, July and October of 2011 were retrospectively reviewed, and the rationality of the drug use was evaluated and analyzed. RESULTS： A total of 1 368 Traditional Chinese medicine injections-treated cases from 13 clinical departments were collected, in which the Traditional Chinese medicine injections were prescribed in 1 634 case-times, with irrational used noted in 665 （40. 70% ）. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists should strengthen checking of Traditional Chinese medicine medication history and communicate with doctors in time to establish a safety barrier in using Traditional Chinese medicine injections.
