摘　　要：清开灵注射液在临床上应用的同时,其不良反应时有发生。本文在清开灵注射液生产工艺优化研究的基础上,从生产工艺角度分析引发清开灵不良反应的潜在原因,并提出相应减少不良反应发生的建议,以期为保障清开灵注射液临床应用安全、有效提供理论基础。Adverse drug reaction occurred sometimes when qingkailing injection had been used.Based on the study of the process optimization,we analyzed the underling reasons of the adverse reactions of qingkailing injection.And we made recommendations to reduce the incidence of the adverse reaction in the hope of providing the theoretical foundation to insure qingkailing injection safety and efficacy.
