摘　　要：目的:研究设计适用于临床的智能体温单系统,构建病人生命体征、出入量、个性化体征、各种管路、引流量等记录的平台。方法:建立在移动护理工作站、移动手持终端(PDA)和无线网络等硬件设施基础上,设置智能体温单,实现生命体征观察与记录功能,并且比较智能体温单与纸质体温单在护士花费时间、视觉效果和应用功能方面的优劣。结果 :智能体温单在以上三个方面均优于纸质体温单,能包含纸质体温单的功能,并且能实现智能化作用,体现数据共享、个性化记录、智能提醒等功能。结论:智能体温单在临床应用具有很强的时间和视觉优势,可以实现智能体温单记录的功能,显示病人的重要和特征性观察指标,为护理管理提供基础数据。Objective：To study and design intelligent temperature sheets suitable for clinical application,and to establish a platform for vital signs, input and output, user-deifned signs, tubes and drainages recording. Methods：We designed intelligent temperature sheets based on mobile nursing station, PDA and wireless network, and compared them with paper temperature sheets in time spent, visual effects and functions. Results：Intelligent temperature sheets were better than paper temperature sheets in the above three aspects and included all the functions of paper temperature sheets. The intelligent temperature sheets could realize functions of data sharing, user-deifned records and intelligent reminder. Conclusions：Intelligent temperature sheets have the advantages of visual effects, time-saving and good functions. They can record patients＇ other important and user-deifned signs and provide data for nurse managers.
