中医特色护理质量评价标准的建立与实施

摘　　要：目的:建立并实施中医特色护理质量评价标准。方法:建立中医专科专病护理质量评价标准、中医护理技术操作评价标准,每月采取不定时检查和集中考核方式,通过对护士进行提问、查阅相关资料、测评患者满意度等方法进行中医特色护理质量评价。结果 :在实施中医特色护理质量评价标准后,医院中医专科专病护理质量检查分数及护士技术操作考核成绩较前明显提高,经对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过实施中医特色护理质量评价,护士能够充分运用丰富的中医护理知识及熟练的中医护理操作技能为患者服务,提高了中医护理质量,促进了医院中医护理工作的开展。Objective：To establish and implement the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing quality assessment standards. Methods：Establishing quality assessment standards of Chinese medicine specialist nursing and nursing operation, to check and inspect every month untimed by asking question, checking related materials and investigating patient satisfaction. Results：With the implementation of the TCM nursing quality assessment, the scores of quality evaluation and nursing procedure were higher than before, and there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：With the implementation of quality assessment standards, the nurse is able to serve patients by utilizing the Chinese medicine nursing knowledge and proifciency skills. It is good for improving the quality of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and promoting the development of Chinese medicine nursing in our hospital.
