“实景图片”分析法在消毒供应中心质量管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用"实景图片"分析法对提高消毒供应中心岗位工作质量的作用。方法:科室护理质量控制小组采取质量巡查与拍摄"实景图片"同步的质控方式,将环节质控过程中发现的亮点与不足现场拍摄照片,定期召开"实景图片"质量分析会进行质控分析总结。结果 :消毒供应中心岗位工作质量较实施前明显提高,员工工作自觉性与主动性增强。结论:"实景图片"分析法应用于消毒供应中心质量控制管理,再现实景现场实现信息共享,有效促进了员工流程操作规范化,增强了员工参与质量管理的意识,激发了员工创新精神,使消毒供应中心岗位工作质量得到持续改进。Objective：To explore the effects of application of the real-world scene picture analysis method on work quality of Central Sterile Supply Department （CSSD）. Methods：The inspectors in nursing quality control group took pictures while they inspected care quality, including pictures of highlights and shortcomings found during quality inspections. Then, they would hold quality analysis meeting based on the pictures regularly. Results：The positional work quality of CSSD obviously improved after the implementation of real-world scene picture analysis method. The staff became more active and initiative. Conclusion：The real-world scene picture analysis method could reproduce the real scene to share information with staff. It also could promote standardized operation, enhance the staff＇s participation awareness in quality management, and stimulate their innovative spirit. Then it could improve the CSSD work quality continuously.
