摘 要:目的构建完善的我军单兵急救包理论体系。方法考察美军单兵急救包的历史演变,分析了单兵急救包设计的理论依据和组合策略。结果目前,单兵急救包的组合策略呈现战争牵引规律、战伤定位规律、相互渗透规律和简洁优化规律。结论单兵急救包用于单兵战场重伤的自救互救,其组合策略与急救医学关系密切,同时要兼顾战场特点,符合野战卫勤要求。Objective To construct and improve the theory system of the military Individual First Aid Kits (IF AKs). Methods The historical development of the USA military IFAK was investigated, and the theory and combined strategy of the military IFAK were analysed. Results The combined strategy of the US military IFAK followed the principles including war guidance, war wound location, interpenetration and concise optimization. Conclusion The military IFAK can be applied for selg and mutual-rescue. Its combination strategy is closely related with emergency medicine, and should fit the characteristics of battle field and meet the demand of the military health service.
