摘　　要：目的探讨我国对外医疗援助面临的新形势。方法以自身实践为基础,结合公告、报道与论文等间接资料,对援外医疗遇到的新问题进行归纳总结。结果医疗外交在国际交往中的频度和权重正不断增加,欧美重返非洲,对我国的医疗援助机制产生了深远影响,而国内因素及非洲医疗水平的提高也对我国的医疗援助的提出了新要求。结论医疗队员只要继承传统、正确面对就一定能立于不败之地。Objective To explore the new situation of Chinese medical foreign aid. Methods Based on close-experiences, and combined with materials from bulletins, reports and literatures, new issues encountered in medical foreign aid were summarized and analyzed. Results Nowadays frequency and weight of medical diplomacy were increasing in the international affairs, and the returning to Africa of Europeans and Americans had a profound impact on the mechanism of Chinas medical assistance. As a result, higher requirements were proposed since the changes of our domestic factors and improvement of health in Africa. Conclusion An invincible position would be established if traditions inherited and new situations handled correctly.
