摘 要:传统的热控百叶窗在有外来辐射直射影响的情况下散热效果受到很大影响,热量可控范围缩小。本文提出了一种新型热控百叶窗设计,通过改善其结构使得航天器散热表面在有外来辐射入射的情况下仍能达到对外散热的效果。论文对该新型百叶窗的辐射散热和控制策略进行了研究,结果表明该新型热控百叶窗设计能够达到改善原有热控百叶窗面对外来辐射时的散热性能的要求。A novel type of heat control shutter for space radiation was designed, to solve the two major problems: one is the reduction of heat dissipation rate due to sunlight radiation, and the other is the limited control range of tempera- ture for the conventional heat control shutter, widely used in spacecrafts. The transverse, V-shaped fight-angle slots, cover- ing one side of the slats of the shutter, can be well controlled to completely reflect the external irradiation at different inci- dent angles. The advantages of the newly-developed shutter include the reasonable rate of heat dissipation under sunlight irradiation, adjustable heat dissipation range, light weight, simple structure and high stability. However, its low heat dissi- pation rate remains to be increased.
