蓝科肤宁治疗婴儿尿布皮炎的疗效和安全性观察

摘　　要：目的观察蓝科肤宁治疗婴儿尿布皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法将85例婴儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组43例,对照组42例。治疗组：患儿皮损处用蓝科肤宁溶液湿敷,10-20min/次,2次/d;对照组：用生理盐水溶液湿敷,10-20min/次,2次/d,对照组湿敷后外涂氧化锌软膏,2次/d,疗程均1周,治疗结束时观察疗效,并做统计学分析。结果观察结束时,两组患儿治疗后积分均明显降低,前后相比差异有统计学意义（t=33.17,P〈0.01;t=24.75,P〈0.01）;两组间治疗前积分相比差异无统计学意义（t=-0.56,P〉0.05）,两组间治疗后积分相比差异有统计学意义（t=-0.27,P〈0.05）;治疗组、对照组的有效率分别为90.70%和73.81%,两者相比差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.17,P〈0.05）。结论蓝科肤宁治疗婴儿尿布皮炎疗效确切,安全方便,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of velvetfeeling in the treatment of Infantile napkin dermatitis. Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups.43 cases of treatment group were treated by velvetfeeling in wet dressing for 10~20 minutes twice times daily for a week, 42 cases of control group treated by physiologic saline solution in wet dressing for 10~20 minutes twice daily for a week, topical cream zinc oxide smear twice daily for a week after wet dressing. Results After treating, the scores of symptom were remarkable low in both groups （t=33.17, P〈0.01 ; t=24.75, P〈0.01）.The difference of symptom between the two groups before treatment were insignificant （t=-0.56, P〈0.05）.While the difference of symptom between the two groups after treatment were significant （t=-0.27, P〈0.05） The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 90.70% and 73.81% respectively. There was significance difference between two groups （χ2=4.17, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment with Velvetfeeling is effective,safe for Infantile napkin dermatitis.
