阿魏酸钠联合百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察阿魏酸钠联合百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将82例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(42例),对照组采用糖尿病常规加阿魏酸钠治疗,治疗组在上述治疗的基础上,加用百令胶囊。结果 2组治疗前后尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值对比观察有统计学差异。结论阿魏酸钠联合百令胶囊能够降低早期糖尿病肾病患者肾脏尿微量白蛋白的排泄,延缓疾病发展,保护肾脏功能。Objective To explore therapeutic effect of Sodium ferulate united Bailing Capsules in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 82 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group （40cases） and treatment group （42 cases）, control group using Sodium ferulate, treatment group were treated by Bailing Capsules in above-mentioned therapeutic basis. Results After in treatment group, MA1b/Cr had significant difference compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）. After treatment, had significant difference compared with control group at the same term （P〈0.05）. Conciusion Sodium ferulate united Bailing Capsules can reduce MA1b/Cr in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,slow disease development and protect the renal function.
