结核性胸膜炎患者胸水和外周血Treg细胞及DC细胞亚群的检测

摘　　要：目的:探讨CD4+CD25+CD127-调节性T细胞及DC细胞亚群在结核性胸膜炎患者外周血及胸腔积液中的表达变化及其临床意义。方法:采集30例健康正常者的外周血以及30例结核性胸膜炎患者的外周血和胸水,应用流式细胞术检测各标本中DC1、DC2亚群、CD4+CD25+CD127-调节性T细胞数量的变化。结果:患者外周血的DC1/PBMC、DC2/PBMC明显低于健康正常外周血(P<0.05);患者胸水中检测到DC细胞,与患者外周血间具有正相关(r=0.503及0.437,P<0.05);患者PBMC中的Treg细胞值明显高于健康正常PBMC(P<0.05);患者胸水中检测到Treg细胞,与患者外周血间具有正相关(r=0.672,P<0.05)。结论:结核性胸膜炎患者外周血中树突状细胞数量比正常对照组低,而Treg的数量较正常对照组高,与正常对照组相比存在显著性差异,表明CD4+CD25+CD127-调节性T细胞和DC细胞亚群可能在结核性胸膜炎中发挥着重要的作用。Objective：To investigate the expression of CD4＋CD25＋CD127-regulatory T cells and the subgroup of dendritic cells in peripheral blood and pleural fluid from patients with tuberculous pleurisy.Methods：Flow cytometry was used to analyze the expression of CD4＋CD25＋CD127-regulatory T cells and the subgroup of dendritic cells in peripheral blood and pleural fluid from patients with tuberculous pleurisy.Results：The population of DC1/PBMC and DC2/PBMC in peripheral blood from the patients with tuberculous pleurisy was significantly lower in comparison with health normal person（P0.05）;Treg in peripheral blood from the patients with tuberculous pleurisy was significantly higher in comparison with health normal person;DCs and Treg have been detected in pleural fluid with tuberculous pleurisy.Conclusion：CD4＋CD25＋CD127-regulatory T cells and the subgroup of dendritic cells may play an important role in the immune of tuberculous pleurisy.
