摘 要:通过对不同基质、不同浓度生根粉及不同级别的插穗对兴安圆柏嫩枝扦插生根的影响研究,研究表明:在细河沙和田园土2种基质中,细河沙中兴安圆柏的平均生根率为64.8%,一级侧根均长为8.3cm;同一浸蘸时间,不同浓度ABT生根粉处理插穗生根率差异显著,浓度为100mg·kg-1 ABT生根粉浸蘸时间为1h时,平均生根率能达到86%以上;插穗的选取位置和长度对生根情况也有一定影响,Ⅲ级插穗生根较快,侧根生长良好。Effects of different media, different concentrations & different grades of rooting cuttings on rootings of Sa-bina davurica were studied. Result shows that: in the two kinds of media (fine sand & garden soil),the average rooting rate of Sabina davurica in fine sand are 64.8% ,the average lateral length being 8.3 cm. Rooting rate of cuttings with different concentrations of ABT rooting powder under the same dipping time are significantly different; the average rooting rate can reach above 86% by using concentration of 100 mg. kg^-1 ABT rooting powder with dipping time being 1 h. The selected position & length of cuttings also have some effects on rooting of Sabina davurica;Ⅲ grade cuttings root faster;lateral root grow optimally.
