摘  要:以往冲槽机在冲制间隙槽冲片时采用机电装置控制冲头进行冲制,速度慢,损耗大,效率低。为了提高效率,降低损耗,则需在PLC控制程序上进行创新设计:由新设计控制程序来代替原间隙冲控制方式,根据间隙冲工艺特点,设计新的计算公式和控制方式,合理分配余数脉冲,即保证冲片精度,又提高机床运行速度,使产品合格率由原91.5%提高到99.3%,加工速度提高18%。并减掉这部分机电硬件,提高了设备可靠性。通过改造,说明较好的PLC程序设计完全可以更好地替代原硬件控制功能。In the past in coining clearance groove rush of notching machine,electromechanical device was used to control the coining of punch,which had slow speed,great loss,low efficiency. An innovative design was carried out in the PLC control program design to improve efficiency and reduce loss. That is,the new control program is adopted to replace the original clearance mode. New calculation formula and control mode were designed according to the clearance process characteristics. In the new de-sign,the remainder pulse is reasonably distributed and stamping accuracy is guaranteed. The design improved the running speed of notching machine and increased the product qualified rate to 99.3% from original 91.5%. The processing speed increased by 18%. The equipment reliability was improved because some of the electrical and mechanical hardwares got rid of. The reform re-sult shows good PLC program design can completely replace the original hardware control function.
