摘 要:橡胶隔振器在贮存过程中,受橡胶材料应力松弛和老化现象的影响,动力学性能(包括阻尼和刚度)会发生变化。通过试验和计算对橡胶隔振器贮存前后的动力学性能变化规律进行了研究。试验和计算结果表明:贮存1年后,橡胶隔振器的阻尼性能下降;在隔振器的橡胶预压量较小时,隔振器的动刚度受橡胶材料老化现象的影响较大,动刚度上升;在隔振器的橡胶预压量较大时,隔振器的动刚度受橡胶材料应力松弛现象的影响较大,动刚度下降。The rubber vibration isolator' s dynamic performance which includes damping and stiffness will change due to the rubber stress relaxation and aging during storage. The rubber vibration isolator' s dynamic performance was studied by means of experiment and numerical simulation before and after the storage. The results showed that after a year storage, the damping performance of the rubber vi- bration isolator decreased and its dynamic stiffness changed. When the tightening forcing is small, its dynamic stiffness increases, which was mainly affected by the rubber aging. On the contrary, when the tightening force is big, the dynamic stiffness decreased which was mainly induced by stress relaxa- tion.
