摘　　要：目的:了解某高校实验动物大白鼠蛲虫感染情况,为医学实验提供符合标准的实验动物。方法:按照国家标准《实验动物寄生虫学》检测方法,用粪便生理盐水涂片法检查。结果:共检测1月龄、2月龄大白鼠69只,其中感染蛲虫鼠17只,阳性率25%。结论:为确保实验动物质量,应定期对动物进行寄生虫学检测,以保障实验人员安全,保证实验的可信度、严谨性。Objective： To investigate the infection status of pinworms among experimental rats at some college. Methods： The current national standard Laboratory Animal-parasitic Standards and Monitoring was used to test the pinworms in the samples of rats. Sample stool was smeared by physiological saline to detect pinworms. Results： The results showed that the infection rate was 25% on experimental rats （17/69）. Conclusion： It is recommendable to take regular parasitic examination to assure safety of experimenter and ensure reliable and rigorous experiment.
