摘　　要：大学生创业园是典型的"校中厂""校中企",在培育校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式方面具有得天独厚的优势。应充分利用大学生创业园的各种资源,构建"一平台二融合三系统四对接"的商务应用人才培养体系,真正实现校企双方合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展。College students＇ pioneering zone is a typical model of ＂factories in college＂ or ＂companies in college＂. It has great ad- vantages in constructing a cultivation pattern of school-enterprise cooperation,and combining learning with working. It is very necessary to make full use of all the resources of the pioneering zone, and constructing an applied business talents cultivation system as＂one platform two combinations three systems four connections＂ . so as to really realize school-enterprise cooperation in running school,cultivating talents,getting employment and development.
