摘　　要：高等教育培养创新性人才的目标主要在毕业论文中得到体现和落实,但是在高等教育规模快速扩大的背景下,本科毕业论文的质量出现下滑。本文结合指导本科毕业论文的实践,指出为保证毕业论文的创新性和学术性,必须延长毕业论文时间,增加经费投入,并提前将本科生纳入科研计划。通过奖罚分明、优胜劣汰的机制,调动各方面的积极性,从而最终提高本科毕业论文的质量。The goal of higher education is to cultivate innovative talents which is mainly embodied and implemented in the thesis. However,the quality of undergraduate graduation thesis decreases in the background of rapid expansion of higher education. In this paper,combining with the practice of guiding undergraduate graduation thesis,we point out that in order to ensure the innovation and academic,the thesis time need to be extended, the funds must be increased and the undergraduate students should join the research plan in advance. Through the mechanism of reward and the survival of the fittest,the enthusiasm of all parties can be mobilized so as to finally improve the quality of undergraduate graduation thesis.
