摘 要:研究了0.15(低氮)、0.25(中氮)、0.35kg/株(高氮)3个氮肥用量水平对金秋梨产量、品质的影响。结果表明,金秋梨的产量与氮肥用量间存在一定的正相关关系,氮肥用量越大,金秋梨的产量越大。随着氮肥用量增加,金秋梨硬度不断降低,总糖含量和维生素C含量逐渐增加,中、高氮处理差异不明显,但对总酸含量影响较小。通过对经济效益进行分析,发现氮肥投入量越大,净收入越多。综合考虑经济效益以及过量氮肥可能对环境带来的严重危害,推荐中氮施肥处理作为贵州黔东南地区的推荐施肥量。The objective of the experiment was to study the effect of N level on yield and quality of Jinqiu pear and to provide the theoretical foundation for improving yield and quality of pear in the Guizhou province. A field experiment was laid out using Jinqiu pear as material with three fertili- zation levels, N application rate of 0.15 (deficient),0.25 (optimum), and 0.35 (excessive) kg per plant. The effect of N level on yield was very significant,with pear yield increasing as N level in- creased. The correlation between N level and quality of pear affirmatively existed. Fruit hardness was reduced, total sugar and Vitamin C concentration were improved with the increase of N level. However, the effect of N level on the total acids was very marginal. The net income increased with N level increasing by analyzing economic benefit. We advocated the optimum N level as an optimal N fertilizer in the south-east of Guizhou province after considering synthetically the economic benefit and the potential risk of exceeding N application.
