摘  要:采用乙醇提取法提取通关藤中的总黄酮,利用正交试验研究提取温度、料液比、提取时间、乙醇体积分数对通关藤中总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,影响总黄酮提取率的因素依次为乙醇体积分数>料液比>提取时间>提取温度,最佳工艺为乙醇体积分数70%,料液比1∶20,提取时间3h,提取温度70℃,在最佳提取工艺条件下提取率为40.22mg/g。In this paper, ethanol extraction was used to obtain total Marsdenia tenacissima fla- vonoids,with rutin as control sample. The experiment used the orthogonal experimental design method to analyze the optimal extraction process of flavonoids from M. tenacissima. There were four factors affecting extraction efficiency, i. e. , the material ratio, extracting time, extraction tem- perature and mass fraction of ethanol. The results showed that the order of the four factors was: mass fraction of ethanol, material liquid ratio, extraction time, and extraction temperature. The op- timum technology was : the extraction temperature of 70 ℃, material liquid ratio of 1 : 20, mass fraction of ethanol 70% ,and extracting time 3 h. The extraction rate reached 40.22 mg/g in the best extraction conditions.
