摘　　要：为使150 t转炉倾动机构既能满足转炉安全生产,又经济合理,按照全正力矩原则,使用自主研发的倾动力矩计算软件分别计算了新炉和理论老炉的倾动力矩值,并分析了理论老炉工况对倾动力矩的影响,确定了耳轴的最佳位置,得出了转炉的最小、最大合成倾动力矩,计算结果为转炉倾动机的设计选型提供了重要依据。In order that the tilting mechanism of 150 t converter can satisfy safety production in an economic way, in principle of full positive tilting torque, the authors calculate the tilting torque value of new converter and theoretical old converter, analyze the influence of theoretical working conditions of old converter on tilting torque, determine trunnion optimal position and get the combined tilting torque of maximal and minimal values. The calculated results provide important basis for the design and type selection of converter tilter.
