含砷烟尘提取白砷的试验研究

摘　　要：以含砷烟尘为原料进行了湿法提取白砷的试验研究。介绍了烟尘在不同条件下砷的浸出率,经综合分析确定了回收白砷的工艺流程及工艺条件,为含砷烟尘的处理提供了方法。结果表明:热水浸出的理想工艺条件为浸出时间60 min,浸出温度75℃,液固比12:1;对浸出液进行脱色、浓缩结晶、洗涤及干燥,能够得到白砷产品。The experiment of and study on wet method white arsenic extraction with arsenic loaded fume as material were carried out. The paper introduces the arsenic leaching rate of fume under different conditions and analyzes and determines the process flow and conditions of white arsenic recovery, providing methods for the treatment of arsenic loaded fume. Results showed ideal process conditions of hot water leaching as, leaching time： 60 min, leaching temperature： 75 ℃, liquid-solid ratio 12：1. White arsenic product can be obtained after leaching solution is decolorized, concentrated and crystallizes, rinsed and dried.
