摘　　要：以煤矿风井余热利用项目为例,分析了项目实施前后节能量计算的边界范围、能源消费情况、终端用能状况,对项目的节能量和节能率等指标进行计算,提出了在煤矿节能量测量和计算过程中的方法、步骤等相应问题。Taking the surplus heat utilization of air shafts of coal mine as example, this paper analyzed the bound of calculation of energy saving, energy consumption, terminal energy consumption before and after implement, moreover, the indexes such as energy saving amount and energy saving rate were calculated, the measurement of energy saving, calculation method and procedures were all proposed as well.
