摘  要:文章介绍了八钢在新建棒材生产机组进行多线圆钢切分轧制工艺的试验研究。通过对Ф12mm、Ф14mm圆钢的四线、三线切分轧制的压下规程设计、变形孔的延伸与宽展特点、切分孔型对轧件切分带形成的状况以及切分导卫对成品表面质量的影响因素等方面进行了分析论证,阐述了改进措施及实施效果。针对工艺特点设计了适应螺纹钢和圆钢共用的导卫、活套装置,并将粗中轧无槽轧与圆钢多线工艺进行有机结合,针对圆钢不同于螺纹钢多线切分轧制时表面质量难以保证的关键点,从孔型和工装导卫等方面制定有效措施,消除因切分带形成的质量缺陷,多线轧件成品断面的尺寸及椭圆度满足标准要求。This paper introduces the research on multi-slitting rolling technology for round steel applied in newly built bar mills of Bayi Steel. As to the four-line and three-line Slitting rolling of round steel sized Ф 12mm, Ф 14mm and 16mm, this paper analyzes the design for drafting schedule, the characters for stretch and broad siding of deformed hole, the influence of slitting gTooves on the slitting zone of rolled pieces and the influence of slitting guides upon surface qualily of finished products, meanwhile, it de^ribes the improved measures and practice effect. In practice, the groove-less rolling at roughing and intermediate mills is combined with the multi-line technology of round steel. Different from rebar, it is difficult to guarantee the surface quality of rolled piece in round steel. This paper demonstrates the effec-tive measures applied in both groove design and the guides to eliminate the defect of enfoldment incurred by slitting zone so as to meet with the quality standard for surface. Meanwhile, existing problems as well as suggestions are illustrated in the slitting rolling of round steel.
