摘　　要：文章介绍了八钢新区C号2500m3高炉的配套项目430m2烧结机工程。八钢430m2烧结机采用国内先进的工艺与设备,应用国内先进、成熟的控制技术,通过一年多的系统优化与生产实践,烧结生产指标得到了较大提高,2012年烧结机利用系数1.30t/m2.h、转鼓指数81.50%、FeO 7.87%。The project of new 430m^2 sintering plant was a project supporting C#2500m^3 BF at Bayi steel. The sintering plant has used of advanced technology,advanced equipment, advanced and mature control technique.Sintering indices were further improved through more than a year of system optimization and production practice.In 2012,the sintering ma-ehine productivity reached to 1.30t/m^2· h, the dram index was 81.50%,FeO was 7.87%.
