摘 要:文章介绍了八钢70t直流电弧炉生产预应力钢丝82B各工序控制要点。电炉采用留碳操作,要求电炉终点碳含量控制在0.50%~0.70%,减少出钢过程增碳剂加入量,稳定钢包中碳的含量和减少增碳过程钢水增氮;在合金和脱氧剂的选择上,使用硅锰合金、硅钙钡和电石,避免使用含钒的合金和脱氧剂,控制钢水中酸溶钒含量;LF精炼炉遵循少增碳和快速配碳的原则,要求进LF精炼炉前钢包碳含量控制在0.68%。0.80%,LF精炼炉增碳操作要求在25min内完成,同时保证钢水软吹时间和钢水镇静≥30min,促进钢水的夹杂物充分上浮;连铸工序采用低过热度和低拉速操作,要求中包过热度控制在12-23℃,连铸拉速稳定在1.7-1.9m/min,同时通过优化比水量0.46L/kg,结品器电磁搅拌频率为4Hz,电流为320A,末端结品器电磁搅拌频率为8Hz,电流为260A,使82B小片坯中心偏析和中心疏松显著减轻,中心质量得到了明显改善。This paper introdluces the control points in each process to production 82 B prestressed wire by 70t EAF. Using carbon operation, require control of electric furnace carbon content from 0.50% to 0.70%, decrease carburant in tapping process, stable ladle and reduce the carbon content in mohen steel carburization process increase nitrogen; On the choice of deoxidizing agent and alloy, the use of silicon manganese alloy, silicon barium calcium and calcium carbide, avoid the use of aluminum alloy and deoxidizer, control acid soluble aluminum content in the molten steel: LF refining furnace in compliance with the principles of earbnrization and fast with less carbon, requirements into LF refining furnace before ladle carbon content control in 0.68% - 0.80%, LF refining furnace carbon operation requirements within 25 min-utes to complete, at the same time guaranlee the molten steel and molten steel soft blowing time calm acuity 30 min, pro-mote steel inclusion floating fully; Conlinuous casting process with low degree of superheat and low speed operation, re-quest packet superheat control from 12 to 23 ℃, continuous casting speed steady at 1.7- 1.9 m/min, at the same time through optimizing than 0.46 L/kg water, mold electromagnetic stirring frequency of 4 Hz, the current is 320 A, terminal mold electromagnetic stirring is 8 Hz frequency, current is 260 A, 82 B small billet center segregation and center osteo- porosis significantly rednce, the center has dramatically improved the quality.
