摘　　要：近年来,美国健康服务业发展迅速,体现出体系发育完善、服务提供多元、运行方式与时俱进、管理有效等特点,对我国发展健康服务业、促进经济转型升级具有借鉴意义。结合我国国情,要在改革上有所创新,在政策上有所突破,在顶层设计上作出制度性安排。In recent years, the rapid development systems, provide diversified services, operation mode of health services reflect characteristics such as improved with times, and effective management. Those are useful experience to China＇s development of health service industry and promote economic transformation and upgrading. Combined with China＇s national conditions, there should be innovative in the reform, have a breakthrough in terms of policy, and make institutional arrangement in the top-level design.
