摘 要:目的探讨围麻期超高场强(3.0T)磁共振扫描的射频能量对全身麻醉患者体温的影响。方法 30例在超高场强术中磁共振行全身麻醉的患者,根据术中接受的磁共振扫描的次数分为1次扫描组(Ⅰ)、2次扫描组(Ⅱ)和3次扫描组(Ⅲ),分别记录诱导前(T0),诱导后1h(T1),最后一次扫描结束时(T2)和手术结束时(T3)各时点的体温值(腋下)。结果每组的T2和T3时点体温值高于T0和T1时点体温值,同时Ⅲ组的T2和T3时点的体温高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论在超高场强的磁共振的射频能量作用下可能会提高全麻患者的体温。Objective To investigate the influence of radiofrequency energy on body temperatures of patients with general anesthesia as scanning with super-high strength magnetic resonance (3.0 T) at peri-anesthesia stage. Methods There were 30 patients given general anesthesia for magnetic resonance during superhigh strength radiofreguency energy.According to the times of scanning with magnetic resonance during the operation,all patients were divided into 3 groups:once exposured group (Ⅰ),twice exposured group (Ⅱ) and 3 times exposured group (Ⅲ).Body temperature (armpit) were recorded before the induction (T0),one hour after the induction (T1),at the end of the last scanning (T2) and at the end of the operation (T3). Results Body temperatures at T2 and T3 were higher than those at T0 and T1 in each group,while body temperatures at T2 and T3 in group Ⅲ were higher than those in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ (P〈0.05). Conclusions Radio frequency energy of magnetic resonance with super-high strength may increase body temperature of patients with general anesthesia.
