金砖国家经济增长模式转型与全球经济治理新角色

摘　　要：受全球金融危机与欧美债务危机双重打击,世界经济增长进入持续低迷阶段,全球经济共同治理进入新时期。世界经济面临的新挑战正在呼吁崛起的金砖国家积极参与全球经济共同治理,并扮演越来越重要的角色,这是由金砖国家经济增长和强劲崛起对全球经济发展产生的深刻影响决定的。但是,金砖国家参与全球经济共同治理,争取全球经济的话语权和影响力的能力还十分有限,这与他们经济崛起的地位和身份也十分不相称。其中的根本原因仍然在于金砖国家经济模式的内在缺陷以及由此决定的不可持续发展,在很大程度上影响和制约了金砖国家参与全球经济共同治理的进程和实际效果。金砖国家只有实现自身经济发展模式转型,才能真正在全球经济共同治理中扮演更加重要的角色,才能在世界经济舞台上积极发挥"正能量",全球经济共同治理由此才会取得历史性的突破和进展。With the double-hit of both global financial crisis and EU/US debt crisis,the world economy has entered into the slow growth phase.The new era has come for the global governance on the world economy.The world economy is faced with new challenges which call for emerging BRICS countries' active participation and more important roles in common governance on global economy.This is determined by the deep impacts of BRICS' economic growth and powerful rise on global economic development.However,the BRICS are restricted in participation in global economic governance,negotiation power and influence,which can hardly fit into BRICS' status and the role of their thriving economy.The fundamental reason still lies in the internal deficits of BRICS' economic growth patterns as well as the unsustainable development caused by hereinbefore,which has influenced and restricted,to a large degree,the process and real effect of BRICS' participation in common governance on global economy.Unless BRICS can realize transitions in economic development patterns,they cannot play a substantially more important role in common governance on global economy,and spread the 'positive energy' actively on the world economy stage.Thereby,no historic breakthrough and development can be achieved in common governance on global economy,either.
