高压氧联合依达拉奉治疗重型颅脑损伤后运动性失语的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨高压氧（hyperbaric oxygen,HBO）联合依达拉奉对重型颅脑损伤后运动性失语患者的临床疗效.方法 86例重型颅脑损伤后运动性失语患者按患方意愿分成HBO组（28例）、依达拉奉组（28例）、HBO＋依达拉奉组（30例）,在常规治疗的基础上,分别给予HBO、依达拉奉、HBO＋依达拉奉进行相同疗程的治疗.根据《汉语失语症检查法（草案）》中口语表达的5个方面评测治疗前后的变化,并对数据进行统计学处理.结果 治疗2个月后,HBO＋依达拉奉组有效率（86.7％）明显高于HBO组（57.1％）和依达拉奉组（53.6％）,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 HBO联合依达拉奉治疗重型颅脑损伤后运动性失语患者较单纯应用HBO或依达拉奉治疗有更好的临床疗效.Objective To investigate effect of hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） combined with edaravone on aphasia following severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods Eighty-six patients with aphasia following severe craniocerebral trauma were divided into 3 groups according to the desire of the patients：the HB0 group （n =28）,the edaravone group （n =28） and the HBO combined with edaravone group （n =30）.On the basis of conventional therapy,patients were either treated with HB0 or edaravone or HBO ＋ edaravone,all with the same treatment courses.In accordance with ＂the Examination of the Chinese Aphasia＂,changes in the spoken ability were monitored both before and after treatment,and then statistical data were analyzed accordingly.Results After 2 months of treatment,effective rate of the HBO ＋ edaravone group was significantly higher than those of the other 2 groups,with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions HBO combined with edaravone could produce better effect on patients with aphasia following severe craniocerebral trauma than those given simple treatment of HBO or edaravone.
