摘　　要：目的探讨人工肱骨头置换术治疗老年人肱骨近端四部分骨折的临床疗效。方法对12例老年肱骨近端四部分骨折患者行人工肱骨头置换术。结果12例均获随访，时间6～16个月。按Neer肩关节功能评分：优9例，良2例，差1例。结论老年肱骨近端四部分骨折行人工肱骨头置换，能够尽早最大限度减轻患者痛苦，恢复良好功能，是治疗老年肱骨近端四部分骨折的较好选择。Objective To explore the hemiarthroplasty in the treatment of four part proximal humeral fractures and its clinical efficacy. Methods 12 aged patients with four-part proximal humeral fractures were treated by shoulder hemi- arthroplasty. Results The patients were followed up for 6 - 16 months. The postoperative Neer＇s score was excellent in 9 cases, good in 2, and poor in 1. Conclusions Shoulder hemiarthroplasty is an efficient treatment for complex proximal humeral factures. It can release pain and restore function.
