摘　　要：目的探讨重建钢板＋尺骨鹰嘴钢板治疗肱骨远端C3型骨折的临床疗效。方法对28例肱骨远端c3型骨折患者采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路、重建钢板＋尺骨鹰嘴钢板治疗。结果28例均获随访，时间9～18（11．6±1．4）个月。患者骨折均骨性愈合。疗效按改良An—Morrey肘关节评分标准评价：优18例，良7例，可2例，差1例（并发骨化性肌炎）。结论重建钢板＋尺骨鹰嘴钢板治疗肱骨远端c3型骨折，手术野清晰，内固定牢靠，并发症少，临床疗效满意。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the surgical treatment to the C3 type distal humerus fractures with the reconstruction plate and oleeroanon plate. Methods 28 patients were treated by the reconstruction plate and oleeroanon plate through the olecranon osteotomy. Results 28 patients were followed up for 9 - 18 （ 11.6 ± 1.4 ） months. All of the patients obtained osseous healing. According to the An-Morrey elbow scoring system, the effects were evaluated as excellent in 18 cases, good in 7,fair in 2, and poor in 1 case （concurrent myositis ossificans）. Conclusions The surgery treatment to the C3 type distal humerus fractures with the reconstruction plate and olec- roanon plate is a reliable method with surgical field clean, fracture restoration satisfaction,internal rigid fixation, fe- wer complications, and clinical curative effect satisfactory features.
