摘　　要：目的探讨前后联合入路治疗胫骨平台伴后髁骨折的临床疗效。方法采用前后联合入路双钢板治疗24例胫骨平台伴后髁骨折患者。按DeCoster标准评定骨折复位情况，按HSS膝关节评分标准评估膝关节功能。结果患者均获随访，时间12—25个月，骨折均愈合。21例达到解剖复位，2例复位良好，1例复位不完全。术后12个月膝关节功能HSS评分为76～92分。结论前后联合人路双钢板内固定术治疗胫骨平台伴后髁骨折疗效满意。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of combined anterior and posterior approaches for the treatment of tibial plateau and posterior condylar fractures. Methods 24 patients of tibial plateau and posterior con- dylar fractures were treated through combined anterior and posterior approaches with double-plating fixation. Fractures reductions were assessed according to the methods of DeCoster, and the knee joint functional outcomes were assessed by HSS knee outcome score. Results All patients were followed up for 12 ~ 25 months. All fractures got healing. 21 cases got anatomic reduction, 2 cases got good reduction and 1 case got unsatisfactory reduction. 12 months postoper- ative HSS score was 76 - 92. Conclusions Combined anterior and posterior approaches with double-plating fixation are an effective way of treating tibial plateau and posterior condylar fractures.
