游离髂腹股沟皮瓣在足部皮肤缺损中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨游离髂腹股沟皮瓣修复足部皮肤缺损的效果。方法应用游离髂腹股沟皮瓣修复6例足部皮肤缺损患者,缺损面积5 cm×5 cm^6 cm×12 cm。结果 5例皮瓣全部成活;1例出现静脉危象,手术探查后见皮瓣小部分坏死,经换药后痊愈。6例均获随访,时间3~12个月。受区皮瓣质地柔软,厚度适中,弹性好,外观及功能均满意。结论选用游离髂腹股沟皮瓣修复足部皮肤缺损可获得满意的临床效果。Objective To explore the treatment effect of free groin flap for repairing defect of skin of foot. Methods 6 cases with defect of skin of foot were repaired with free groin flap. The defect area ranged from 5cm × 5cm to 6cm ×12cm. Results 5 cases completely survived; 1 case suffered from venous crisis, and small portion of the skin flap did not survived after surgical exploration, healed after changing dressing. 6 cases were followed up for 3 to 12 months ,The recipient site of the texture of flap were soft, the thickness of flap were moderate, with good appearance and well-function. Conclusions Satisfactory clinical results can be obtained by using free groin flap to treat feet soft tissue defect.
