摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流（VSD）技术联合带真皮下血管网皮片移植修复足部感染性创面的疗效。方法对25例足部感染性创面患者使用VSD技术联合带真皮下血管网皮片移植修复。结果25例均获随访，时间3～6个月，23例伤口一期愈合，2例出现部分坏死，经换药延期愈合。结论采用VSD技术联合带真皮下血管网皮片移植是修复足部感染性创面的有效方法。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy in the treatment of infectious wounds of foot by vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） irrigation and transplantation of subdermal vascular network free skin. Methods 25 cases with in- fectious wounds of foot were performed VSD irrigation combined with transplantation of subdermal vascular network free skin. Results 25 cases were followed up for 3 - 6 months. All the cases obtained clinical healing. 23 cases were totally survived in time and 2 got partly necrosis and healed slowly. Conclusions It can meet the demand of re- pairing the infectious wounds of foot by performing VSD in the first stage, and non-main vessel pedicle skin flap graft- ing in the second stage.
