空气钻井技术在延川南区块的应用浅析

摘　　要：介绍了空气钻井技术的特点以及空气钻井的工艺流程和主要设备。结合延川南区块前期钻井存在的问题，开展空气钻井在该区块的适应性分析，制定空气钻井现场应用技术措施，总结出一套适用于延川南区块煤层气井的空气钻井设备及相关工艺。同时，开展了空气钻井技术现场应用，试验段平均机械钻速提高2~3倍。This paper introduced the characteristics, technological process and main equipments of air drilling. Combined with the problems existed in the early period of drilling in South Yanchuan block, the adaptability of air drilling in this block is analyzed, the technology measures of air drilling field application are formulated, and a set of air drilling technology suitable for South Yanch-uan block is summarized. Meanwhile, air drilling technology is applied in fields. The average ROP of tested well section increased 2 to 3 times.
