摘  要:目的:研制一种新型的可控降解手术缝合线,以满足不同伤口缝合的需要。方法:缝合线的最里层为壳聚糖纤维芯,中间为胶原层,最外层为羧甲基壳聚糖层;从里到外,各层厚度比例为2∶x∶(3-x),其中1<x<3。结果:不同型号的缝合线降解速度可控,适用于不同愈合期的伤口缝合,并具有很好的生物相容性和抗感染性。结论:研制的新型缝合线操作方便,性价比高,植入体内后降解速度可控,伤口愈合快,不留明显疤痕,尤其适于野战环境条件下应用。Objective: To develop a novel controllable degradable suture for suturing different wounds. Methods: It's chitosan fiber, collagen layer and carboxymethyl chitosan layer from inside to outside of the sure in turn, and correspondingly the thickness ratio is 2:x: (3-x), 1〈x〈3. Results: As the degradation rates of different sutures are controllable, different sutures that have good bioeompatibility and are anti-infectious are suitable for suturing different healing wounds. Conclusion: The novel suture which operation is simple and convenient is relatively cheap, controllable degradation, rapid wound healing, no obvious scar, and especially for field environment application.
