摘 要:目的根据电子废弃物拆解区环境铅暴露数据,利用IEUBK模型对3-6岁儿童血铅水平进行预测。方法于2010年10月-2011年6月在浙江台州某电子废弃物拆解区采集大气、饮水、土壤、灰尘、谷类、蔬菜、水果、肉类、鱼类样,品测定铅暴露量,并对当地82名3-6岁儿童饮水饮食、呼吸暴露、土壤摄人3种摄入方式进行相关暴露参数调查。利用IEUBK模型,并采用问卷调查、文献查询、实验室检测等方法设定模型参数,预测得出研究区儿童血铅水平。结果在电子废弃物拆解区检测的大气、饮水、土壤、灰尘、谷类、蔬菜、水果、肉类及鱼类样品中铅含量平均值分别为2.838μg/m]、0.67μg,L、41.82mg/kg、212.94mg/kg、0.092mg,kg、0.056mg/kg、0.085mg/Kg、0.125mg/kg、0.159mg/kg,且各种环境介质中铅检出率均在50%以上。利用IEUBK模型,预测出3、4、5-6岁儿童血铅值分别是88、104、101μg,L。结论该研究区环境介质中存在较高水平的铅暴露。Objective According to environmental lead exposure data of electronic waste dismantling area, blood lead levels of children (3-6 years old) were predicted with IEUBK model. Methods The samples of air, water, soil, dust, grains, vegetables, fruit, meat and fish were collected during October 2010 to June 2011 to measure the lead exposure data in an electronic waste dismantling area of Taizhou, Zhejiang province. The parameters of drinking water, food, soil ingestion and inhalation exposure intake ways of local children were invested. Children's blood lead levels of the investigated area were predicted with IEUBK mode and the model parameters were set with laboratory tests, questionnaires, literature query in this study. Results The average lead concentrations in the air, water, soil, dust, grains, vegetables, fruit, meat and fish were 2.838 μg/m3, 0.67 txg/L, 41.82 mg/kg, 212.94 mg/kg, 0.092 mg/kg, 0.056 mg/kg, 0.085 mg/kg, 0.125 mg/kg and 0.159 mg/kg respectively. The detection rate of various environmental media was more than 50%. The blood lead prediction levels of 3 years old, 4 years old, 5-6 years old children were 88 μg/L, 104 μg/L and 101 μg/L respectively. Conclusion There were higher lead exposure levels in environmental media in the investigated areas.
